The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card – payment directly via the Internet, using card payment services: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners and Discover, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB).
The sales contract is concluded at the time of acceptance of the buyer’s offer, and the product will be shipped to the delivery service within 2 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days are excluded) from receipt of payment, except for cash on delivery where the product is delivered. .
The product will be delivered to the customer within 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days are excluded) from the moment the product is shipped to the delivery service.
We deliver the products we have in stock within 4 working days, while the delivery time for non-warehouse items is up to 14 days.
The customer is obliged to request an R1 invoice when fulfilling the order.
The agreed price includes all taxes and duties and is expressed in Euros.
Cronique d.o.o. will notify the customer if it is unable to deliver the ordered product. The customer can cancel the order or wait until the product is available again. If Cronique d.o.o. is unable to deliver the product within the agreed time, the buyer will be notified and is obliged to leave a subsequent reasonable time to fulfill the contract of sale.
If the customer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, Cronique d.o.o. reserves the right to claim reimbursement of handling, transportation and other possible costs.
