The grown meat is dried at the foot of the southern Velebit and near the Novigrad sea – in the Jesenice prosciutto – and this combination of the sea and the continent has resulted in the most delicious meat products. Our prosciutto, šokol, sausages, kulen’s and other cured meat products can quickly be found on your tables, arranged in a completely original way – on oak and poplar wood pallets.
